The following is an inventory of symptoms that can be linked to trauma, even years after the event has passed and even if the event is not actually remembered. Many more symptoms than we previously understood may be trauma related. Having many checks does not necessarily mean you have experienced trauma. Many of the symptoms below have other causes also. The check list serves however as an indicator of places to inquire about in our work together.
