Friends/Family Get Together

Our downstairs apartment with three bedrooms, living room and kitchen is ideal for gatherings of folks who know each other and want to spend time together. A home away from home, overlooking the pond. In addition, you have use of the enclosed pavilion for activities, and the separate retreat space In The Woods. (see photo of rooms site link) The package fee includes full use of the grounds, fishing pond, walking paths and sauna. There are many area activities available that are free. The activities outlined below have an instructor fee. Please inquire for your group for fee quote and availability of instructor.

Two nights, two days, one hearty breakfast included. $150.00 per person for seven folks, $190.00 per person for five people. Minimum of five.

We our 50 minutes from GSP (Greenville Spartenburg South Carolina Airport) and 45 minutes from Asheville North Carolina Airport.

Weddings

We host small weddings of no more than fifty guests. Our site is idea for weddings that are family focused with children. Close family generally stays in our downstairs apartment and the bridal couple stay in In the Woods , retreat space. Usually there is the day before activities and the day after so our wedding package includes the use of our facility for two days and two nights. The fee is $1500.00

Personal Retreats

Stillness restores us. Personal retreats are geared to folks who wish to commune with nature and yet have creature comforts. In the Woods is the retreat space and has a private bath, and screened porch. Use of the grounds and facilities is included. Two day minimum. Fee $250.00 for an individual or couple.
